Mary, have you tried Sierra doctors urgent care? I've had good luck with them.

I will go if I need to, but I am actually feeling a lot better. I would rather just wait and see my internist in the morning. I don't have to convince him that I have Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension like I do every other doctor I see. He has been in on the diagnosis since 2001. It is so rare that most doctors will never see a case in their lifetime. So, I have to argue with every single one and they still don't believe I have it. Dr. Levy referred me for the initial testing and follows my case through the pulmonary hypertension specialist who does my heart catheterizations. I'll stick with him unless things get worse.

Just a little blurb from the Lung Association:

Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
"Pulmonary hypertension" describes high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is one form of pulmonary hypertension.
Pulmonary arteries carry blood from your heart to the lungs, where it picks up oxygen to be delivered throughout your body. In PAH, the pulmonary arteries constrict abnormally. This forces your heart to work faster and causes blood pressure within the lungs to rise.
There are several types of PAH. It can be caused by or occur at the same time as a variety of other medical problems. The cause of some cases of PAH is unknown.
PAH worsens over time and is life-threatening because the pressure in a patient's pulmonary arteries rises to dangerously high levels, putting a strain on the heart. There is no cure for PAH, but several medications are available to treat symptoms.

The snow followed me home. It's not sticking yet, but it is snowing.

Big snowflakes too! I'm not usually wild about snow (I hate driving in it), but with the drought we have had, I'll take every bit we can get!

Tucker looks like he had some fun, although that snow is taller than he is. Hope your showing went well.

It just started snowing again here. My youngest son is hoping for a bunch so school will be cancelled tomorrow.
