Man, ! feel out of touch!!! Mary is moving.. A lot of people got stupid and yet the world carries on..  

I haven't been on BYC much for a long time. I have been swamped the past year starting a new business.  We got the pilot location up and successful in Evanston Wyoming and finally got financing for the 1st full size location here in Idaho Falls last month and plan to open the first of September.   As soon as the new website is finished, I will post it here so you can check it out.  It's a brand new concept that we came up with and has been received very enthusiastically.  We plan to start selling franchises the first of 2016.  

Glad to see a lot of the familiar faces on this thread... I will try and be a little more visible here since ya'all are still intelligent, rational people  LOL

On a much more positive front, I should under contract on the house today! The buyers went to see the house again yesterday and were scheduled to be there the same time as someone else. Don't know if the visits actually overlapped . But, their agent told them that we rejected their offer completely and that if they want the house they need to resubmit a reasonable offer immediately, We got a call at 10:30 last night that they are resubmitting for $50,000 more than last time and increasing their deposit from $1,000 to $15,000 with close of escrow in 45 days. They are preapproved for the new amount via a VA loan.

I am supposed to have the offer in my email for my signature today. I don't plan to counter it because it is only $9,000 below asking price!

WOOHOO! Hope this one sticks! It's at least an offer that MAKES SENSE!

Getting lots of THIS now!

Sold our only spring kid last week, a buckling, so now it's all just for us! We get just under 3/4 gal per day. Going to attempt mozzarella cheese sometime next week- I've heard it is divine made from goats milk!

Yep, see her! I had to sit on my hands yesterday and resist the urge to get into my split. A queen is hatching any time now. I opened it up enough to refill the feeder, and just kept staring down the hole of the inner cover.

On the milk, goats milk makes great chevre cheese. (and it's easy) It also makes wonderful french toast.

She's actually pretty helpless, but she does have attendants that care for her. The colony takes care of her and she cannot feed herself. She's an egg laying machine. She can lay up to 1,200 eggs per day, which is more than her body weight.

Yes Diva , het attendants fawn all over her, escort her around the hive, and feed her constantly. It is very interesting to watch. She is a true Diva!

Thanks all. It was less stressful being at the beach. I'll be glad when the three weeks is done in which they can back out without losing their deposit. Then I can exhale!
