That looks like great pantry shelving Kathy! I have used some similar that I bought at Lowes. You should be able to get rid of the rust with a little scrubbing followed by Rustoleum paint. We have been working to get the garage items up off the floor and onto shelving. Emily is a big help to me. Wee are organizing the heck out of things out there! I could use those shelves right now!

That's funny because (for some unknown reason) I thought of you when I saw this picture!

No pictures. I am distressed by the sheer ugliness of my flooring. I like the laminate itself but the steps are disgusting. The moldings look like the horrible mobile home moldings and I can't get past it. I just made a $5,000.00 mistake. I am thinking of ripping it out and putting in cheap tile and carpeting. I can't live with this hideous mess. 30 years with ex in the mobile home business has given me the willies about nasty molding to cover up seams and things. Hate this floor with a passion! Yuck. Have been crying and cursing all day. Plus, the Russian bully was brutal and in my face yelling and demeaning me. He kept telling me that I was making too big of a deal out of it. I finally told him that this is my "f" ing house and I will feel anyway I want to in it. What an *** he is. I could have done better with my eyes closed.
Does that transition strip go all the way across the floor or is that a step edge? It's hard for me to tell from the photo. If it goes all the way across an open space you got a terrible job. Can you stop payment? You shouldn't have to accept that job. Men who try to bully single women, should never be given into.

Love that wall color! I go dark in my rooms, but I have a lot of windows. If you end up not liking it, you can always change it. My dining room is maroon with a purple hue. It really freaked me out when I was painting it on, because it looked eggplant color. But I finished the room and it dried. I love it.
I love it, Kelly !

I really do not need new flooring (except living room carpet), but I am loving this wood look glazed porcelain!
It goes so well with that shade of gray, too.
I keep going back and looking at these pictures. . . . . .
It does not look at all like porcelain, does it?!

I got some real pretty Orps last spring, from a guy in Kansas. I ordered a dozen chicks and he gave me 15. They are growing out so pretty.
Six were white - I got 3 male and 3 female.
Red Cuckoo - 1 male, 1 female
Red - 2 male, 2 female
Dark Red - 1 male, 2 female

It's an edge for the step. I don't find it that noticeable in person, but Mary hates it, so she is drawn to it.

I love these wood look tiles. They look very realistic and I'll bet they wear very well are are easy to keep up. The ones I have seen in the showroom have almost no grout line. I would have done with these versus the laminate if our subfloor had been level and we didn't have the huge concrete cracks. The laminate could be done with much less floor prep. Pretty Pretty!
