This video just came out a couple days ago. It is free, for a short time. If I understand correctly, they will release a new episode every two weeks. Not sure for how long they will be free. Ultimately, they are going to sell them.

PS - I can hardly wait to see the next episode!

Yeah, right. . . . . they are mostly SPRING chicks. They are at point of lay. BUT, as we all know, there is not enough light to promote laying. Two of the Orps laid those two eggs I told you about. They laid them in a big ol' flower pot I have up near the house. hahaha Funny girls, they are!

Hello Stella

Stella says "hello" right back.

All the demo is done on the chairs. I removed over 500 upholstery tacks with a screwdriver and pliers, plus 200+ sharp tacks, and dozens of staples. I had to order new tacks because the ones I removed were so decayed the tops broke right off about half of them. Ordered bulk from Amazon but they won't be here until Thursday.

I have the old leather pieces under my heavy TempurPedic mattress hoping they will flatten out enough in two days so I can use them as patterns. Only two injuries so far. A hunk of flesh on my finger got caught between the squeezey part of the needle-nosed pliers. Big blood blister and a bruise. Scraped a knuckle across three tacks sticking out. Lots of blood with that one. But, I had fun! Can't wait to work on them again tomorrow. I will cut out the fabric, turn the edges under and sew them and do some reinforcing of the batting.

Very cool. We do treks like this with my church all the time. In fact I got to do one out at Martin's Cove, Wyoming when I was a teenager. Then repeated it on a family trek when I was 6 months pregnant with my oldest. That was interesting! Definitely respect what the pioneers went through.
