Kelly IF your dog catches 'that' thing, it is sure to give her some vicious bites. Aren't they members of the mink family nasties????

If she does catch it, she will certainly kill it. Minks are also in the weasel family.

I made homemade chicken noodle soup, and I even made the stock. This is the first time that my stock came out right.

Mike had a heart attack a couple weeks ago. They put in 3 stents and he is doing very well. Cardiologist now suggest "Mediterranean Diet," instead of the old low fat, salt free diet. THIS would be great, wouldn't it?

Oh no Kathy! You guys need a major break. Your strength amazes me.

We tried a Mediterranean diet after giving up on strickly pescatarian. Might just give it another try since we can now get decent seafood in our grocery stores, without taking out a line of credit. Will keep you and yours in our thoughts and prayers. Selfishly, I like seeing you back here again!

Only two tablespoons of oil. I used canola because my olive oil got a little rank over the summer. The pantry gets hot. I would use olive oil next time. i will try some more recipes like this and share if they work out!
