Beautiful! The flowers look like mums, right? Gosh they are really pretty. How on earth do you keep your silkie white? My original light brahma is permanently brown stained.

After she molts, she's nice and white for about a day, then she is brown stained again from our dirt.

Been busy trying to get ready for winter, had some nice hot days. Then had a pointless colonoscopy yesterday.

My HMO sends us a take home test that we mail back in. colonoscopy is only if they fine blood in the sample. So far so good! I am in the clear.

They were looking for a problem, which I knew didn't exist, and the Dr. doing it knew also, but since I was the right age...
On the one hand I am sorry you had to have the procedure. On the other had I am very happy that you do not have colon cancer. It is a very scary one and not admitted to much. I read an article that said most people will not admit to having it--and since the cancer moves to the lungs and the brain at the end, most say they died of lung or brain cancer.(Nearly all cancer deaths are actually caused by the cancer, colon, prostate, pancreatic and etc.) moving to the brain. Remember that when reading cause of death in an obit.

They can tell though by doing a genetic test of the tumor.

Actually, a while back I had a rather nasty infection in my digestive track, they were looking for Diverticulitis, or other problem areas, non were found. For some reason they also had in there brains that I had Crohn's disease, which I do not and have ZERO symptoms. When I first went to gastro Dr. he asked if anyone else in the house was sick at same time, no, did you eat out, recently, yes had carry out, did you eat the same thing, no, did anyone else eat from your plate, no. He said food poisoning, he also looked at cat scan results, and medical records. I think if I would have been younger he might have discussed with the referring doctor. What they have now are pictures of a healthy colon, no damage, no polyps found. Oh,there was some irritation due to the cleansing process, even though I had bought very soft TP.
