muttsfan - YES, I would do chicken rather than turkey. Of course, turkey will be on sale, and you could cook it and freeze it in smaller portions, for quick meals later.

Thanksgiving will be here soon! That is the only traditional holiday that we celebrate here. Today, Kayson turned 6. He is all excited and playing with his new walkie talkies.
