I've never heard of oyster stuffing, have to look that up. I might try a wild rice mix with chopped almonds and dried cherries or cranberries. Although usually I spatchcock birds, as they cook so much more evenly.

Thanks Kathy, I took a whole bunch of them, the wind was blowing so hard that it was hard to hold the camera steady. And my fingers were frozen! It was well worth it, it was just beautiful on the beach.

Glad to be cooking for my BF who has been in Milwaukee all summer, only seen him 4 times since spring. And he and some friends got a gig for Friday night at a local bar, so loud music is in the works as well.
