I didn't realize I had so many. I just clicked unwatched thread on many..and then have to again for those that I don't want to keep going back to... as whenever you post, you are now watching.. have it under unread posts on watched threads.Guys, I have been around and trying to find the major threads I had subscriptions to. It was easy them. Now I have to scroll through tons of threads/forums I have never participated in just to find one or two of my favorites - if even that.
My newest problem is scrolling, even with hands off curser & monitor, it has fits of scrolling up and then down. When I try to click on one thread I want, it moves away.![]()
Yes, but you can click unwatch if you don't want to see any further posts.Cynthia, do you mean if you post on a thread you are then watching it? That may be a setting that can be changed, as I do not have that issue. As a matter of fact I had trouble finding my posts in threads I don't watch until someone clued me in.

I hear crickets chirping! Whatcha all up to?
For the first time in 2 years, I made it into my garden. (lots of other stuff going on in life and no time) I spent a couple hours yesterday weed eating the 5+ foot tall weeds. 5 hours today digging and cutting blackberry bushes that were taking over. I also got the watering all hooked up.
I still have to take care of the raspberries and start pulling weeds in my raised boxes, but I'm tired, so it will have to be another day.
I thought my asparagus would have died out, but it seems to be doing okay. Several shoots going to flower now.
I've developed my own gardening technique.I plant a cover crop(rye this year) and then just pull some out to make a row to plant in. When I pull it out, it loosens the soil and I don't have to cultivate!
The cover keeps the weeds from taking over. In the places I'm not ready to plant yet, when the cover gets too tall, I cut off the tops and use it as mulch in the garden paths. I don't follow t the latest gardening trends and maybe I didn't invent this but it sure cuts down on heavy labor and works for me!
That asparagus is tough stuff, it grows wild in tangled hedgerows up here.
Nice to have enough time for something as rewarding as gardening. My mom has been having health issues for the last year and a half, resulting in frequent trips to her house, 240 miles away. Sadly she lost her battle with cancer a week ago, and my sisters and I got together for her funeral this weekend. Things around here have been much neglected, but life goes on and now my sisters and I can get ours caught up. How much I have appreciated my good friends here, for laughter and stories and having something normal to look forward to.
