I don't have it connected to anything so I don't know how.
I don't want to pair it to my Fitbit app because I have the Pixel paired to it. I can only have one thing paired at a time.

Depending on what you are doing, the leg count is more accurate with the device on the ankle. With the device on the wrist and pushing a cart or a lawnmower, the step count will be much less than the actual steps you take.

If you are doing something that requires a lot of motion with the arm the device is on, you will record more steps than you are actually taking.

I know the Pixel undercounts steps while I am wearing it on my wrist.
I will wear both on the ankle tomorrow.
