Katy, I loved the texture of this dough so much I have hijacked it with less sugar for another evil baking plan.

All of my faves; pasta, grilled cheese, tomato soup ...nothing is appealing. Im usually a pretty healthy eater but it's bad when I can't stomach grilled cheese

I've made the yeast rolls before and this looks fairly basic... just more fat and sugar

Katy's recipe says oil, so I'm sure olive oil will work just as well, if not you can blame it on me

I have used oil olive lots of times in baking when it calls for oil.

Congrats on the baby bun in the oven too!!
