Sticky Chick!! Please help!a

I have 4 duck eggs in my incubator. Three hatched but this one hasn't progressed in two days now. I tried helping it hatch but it turns out the veins havent dried up yet. When the chick moves around I hear gooey slippery noises. I believe he is sticky chick the membrane is also really tough aswell. Should I wait it off and see if the veins will dry? Or is there something I could do to help him hatch.

Quick answers would be appreciated! I am really getting freaked out.
