Still struggling....thinking Wet Pox instead of Mycoplasma?!

Ok so I posted a few days ago, that my girls are being given denagard for over a week. They had foamy eye, raspy breathing and 2 passed away (beaks open like they had trouble breathing - labored). I thought it was mycoplasma. (If any pass, I plan on doing a necropsy)
One of my girls now has these black lesions and one has a swollen eye.
I am working on rehabing a coop to quartine my sick girls.
My older ones have low energy but all are eating. I have switched them to medicated chick feed and throwing out the eggs (although not many are being laid).
Any ideas or help are welcome. I am really sad about this. These are my babies.

It is possible to have both at the same time. Chickens who have been exposed to MG may have an outbreak while suffering from fowl pox. It can be a common secondary infection. Fowl pox is a virus that has no treatment. However MG is treated with Tylan (tylosin) or sometimes other antibiotics. If your local feed store has injectable Tylan for cattle along with a few syringes and needles, you can give it orally to chickens after removing the needle. We can give dosage if you tell us what you get. Here is oral Tylan powder for the water if they have it in stock:

I didn’t know that you were treating with Denagard. You can just continue Denagard since it also treats MG. Fowl pox lasts about 3 weeks in most chickens, but it can spread through the flock over several months by fallen scabs becoming powdery and breathed in by the chickens. Here is a good link about pox:

I just thought Denagard was like 3-5 days. I am going on over a week with it.
Do you think I should separate my girls with the visible spots and congestion?
They free range on 13 acres but sleep in the coop at night.

If you have room to separate them, it might contain the spread of the disease. But if you have MG in the flock, they all probably have been exposed.
