Thanks. If only we were only having problems with animal health!Stinky I swear I'm so sorry all the bad news![]()
Do you let them free range at all?I'm guessing the extremely wet spring is to blame. The mud around the outside of the coop reeks. Hoping to get a load of gravel in so we can at least stand on something solid.![]()
The chicks are confined to inside the coop at the moment. My other chickens don't exactly free range but they have a large fenced-in pasture to roam during the day.Do you let them free range at all?
Also yeah screw this spring, all the rain, I cannot mow anything the ground is too wet and the pasture is too wet and everything is 3-4 feet tall at this point.
To be fair, we did do No Mow May but it needs to stop raining now!
I hope the Corid does the trick for your little ones!!![]()
Thank you, @Callender GirlMy heart goes out to you. I know some of what you've been dealing with, and that it's been tough for a while. Hope the Corid does the trick.
They are looking good! Thanks for asking. It seems I caught the coccidiosis early - only noticed streaks of blood in their droppings and one Marans was slightly droopy. How are the youngsters doing?
