Now that is what I call a poultry show. I love all the species and breeds. Thanks for the great pictures Jordan. Glad you had fun. I wish I was able to go to that show. I might have to plan a trip out west in January next year.

I was so distracted by the birds, I missed seeing people, even though I should have recognized a few of you I've met before! I wasnt ignoring anyone, I promise!

I got a chicken hat too, a baseball cap with a chicken on it, anyways! Pretty neat!

Now, who's going up to Humboldt Co for the Humboldt County Poultry show there on February 14th and 15th at the Fairgrounds in Eureka?? Smaller scale, but loads of fun!!

First off, thanks everyone!

Birch and Justin, that bird with the yellow throat is a Swainsons Francolin. I knew it was Francolin, just had to go figure out what kind, haha.

SandS, I forgot to look at what they were called, but I've see them before. They are GORGEOUS birds. I just searched and cant find a thing! I wish I could remember, but I cant.

Ah good times good times... I'm going to try to get the pics I took up tonight, I'll make another thread too.

Just got back from a convention... I've had about 6 hours of sleep since THursday, I kid you not. Phew, that place was bumping, and having to drive back and forth from stockton, san jose, and the north bay because of the poutlry show kinda stunk, but it was worth it, I had a blast!
