Nothing yet. The ownership hearing is on Dec. 16, so I'm getting a bit nervous. What if I do something wrong on it? But, truth is on my side as well as ownership papers, lease agreement...everything.

I can only get the back lease payments from the man I originally leased the horse to. Other than that, I'd have to take the uncle to small claims, which I may do anyway.

OHHHH So this is to get Max from the UNCLE then! I see. Well he does not have a leg to stand on in my opinion! His nephew had no right to sell him that horse and I believe he knew it too!!!!
