And - for what it's worth - they need to tell the little seven year old the truth - Daddy (or grandpa or whoever) bought a horse from a very bad man

who had no right to sell it. The horse's real owner loves him a lot and wants him to come home and live with her again, where they will both be happy forever!

here's to hoping the judge makes rules soon and Max is home for time for Christmas, and I agree tell the 7 year old the truth that the horse is going home to the person who really owns him. They knew that the horse wasn't his to sale they should have never bought the horse and if max belongs to the 7 year old there goes the other guys story about getting rid of the horse because he bucked a kid off. there stories don't even make sense, at least with the vet bills you know that Max is okay now, and hopefully is in good condition praying for you Repo. keep your head up the end is in sight.

The previous owner told me that changing the barn name brought bad luck, so I just "extended" it! I won't be doing that again...

All of us flies who wanted to be on the courthouse wall will now fly to the uncle's son's house and swarm round his head and buzz the daylights out of him and never let up until Max goes home. Then we will mysteriously disappear!

It sounds like the hearing went well and the judge is on to their shenanigans. I predict it will come down very soon that you can go and get Max. I hope and pray that he is well and you will have a happy reunion.
