If I didn't know any better I'd think the whole town is working to delay this until you give up, or until the horse dies.

Or... to put it less conspiracy theory... EVERYONE is entitled to a fair and speedy trial... what's up with the delays?

well I think the whole thing stinks.

I would have expected them to get Max back to you months ago. As you have clear ownership, and a leaser that committed a crime in moving & selling some thing he didn't own not once but several times.
So much for speedy justice. I don't see much of Justice in this case so far, and at this pace even snails move faster.

Still praying for you and Max and a Happy reunion.
