Update:
I was just told today that I am no needed at the hearing tomorrow. Because APPARENTLY the ownership hearing is not included in the docket for tomorrow. I am going to be going to the hearing regardless. I had everything set up for him and now I have to wait even longer. This is getting ridiculous and I am bawling because I was so excited to be able to get him back after I've waited so long.

They haven't even set a new date for the ownership hearing. He said he is going to ask for my testimony from the previous hearings to be considered towards the ownership hearing and are going to call the uncle in on a separate time and date in order to hear his side of the story and why he feels as though he should get the horse.

I'm sorry, but I just cannot even see straight I am so upset and mad.

I am so sorry. And they waited all this time to tell you this because......? I was so afraid something else would go wrong. I feel like crying myself. You have put up with their shenanigans for so long. I can't understand WHY they can't just go ahead with this.
