RP I haven't made a comment up until know, basicly because I didn't or don't know a whole lot about horses. Believe it or not I did not know that you could "lease" a horse. First time I read this thread I had to research leasing a horse.

Now all that said-----

Have your self a good cry, throw some things around, kick a few cans, raise some he!!. Then go get your dang horse.

Like the old saying goes----- pocession is 9/10ths of the law. The uncle has pocession, gonna take an act of God to get that horse relocated legally. Now if that horse was in your pasture-- ain't no way a judge would even give the uncle time of day.

I would get as many people as I could, 10-15-20-50 show up get my horse and come home with him.
