There's a town down here, won't name names, that their PD was actually shut down by the FBI for corruption... if enough people make enough noise eventually something will be done. Don't just limit yourself to contacting the Town's media, but also the larger cities and even the state. They are ALL being made to look like corrupt backwoods hicks, and probably would appreciate knowing what's going on under their noses. Contact the STATE Attorney General, since the local one refuses to help, and THREE judges have refused to help... it's time to take it to the next level. This guys job is to make sure every thing is legal in the STATE... if I were him I'd definitely be interested in what's going on in this town.

Also, check with local papers (back issues if nothing else) and see if any other folks have had problems with the 'justice' in this town. Seems like they have this system set up pretty well so odds are if you snoop you'll find someone else who's been put through the ringer. More ammo.
