My grandma, bless her, is "trying" to help.
She's calling me every day telling me what people are saying. Today and for the past three days she's been talking to this woman named Linda down at the court clerk's office somwheres.
This woman told my grandma that I might as well just give up because since it's gone on this long, it's never going to get settled. She claims that these types of cases never get settled and even if it does, the rightful owner is never happy with the outcome.
I just wanna go down there and slap the stupid off that woman's face. As soon as I win my horse back I am going down there and filing a complaint with her superior. That is absolutely ridiculous to try and defeat someone's confidence in their own case. She said that regardless of the evidence I have, I won't get him back. I am just so furious.....

April 29 is still the date for the preliminary hearing for the scum-bucket and for the ownership hearing.
