Hasn't happened yet, I'm getting dressed and ready, then the 2 hour drive there. I talked to the DA and asked if and when I was awarded Max, if I could get him today. They said that I would have to ask the judge, but to have the transporter ready. I've discussed all of this with the AR Dept. of Ag and the state equine vet said to do the best I could getting a Coggins. I will try my darndest. I'm supposed to speak with people regarding a 1-hour ELISA test for Coggins.
I'm super, SUPER excited. Bringing a change of clothes, just in case.

I would think in this case and since you have talked to them that even if you can't get the 1 hour test, having the old coggins (not sure if you do) and having something from a vet stating the coggins was drawn and the court paperwork, you should be ok to transport. I know around here I transport to AL , SC, TN without issue and have never been stopped. Of course getting the test quickly is going to be based on getting the sample to a lab, so it comes down to which lab they use.
Im so very happy for you and sending you lots of luck with court today! I have been following since the beginning and I will be so excited for you when Max comes home!
