whew, good news for once. I'm so glad this is finally moving in your favor Ropo. This has gone on way to long. Does the uncle know that what he said becomes permanent record? I'm so glad he was an idiot, and admitted that he knows it is the same horse and that the horse belongs to you and never belonged to his nephew.

Those photos really don't do him justice. He's such a sweet old man...wish he still had his shape. I didn't meet Max's sire until after the papers were signed, but I wanted him too! (Just gelded!!!)

The previous owner of Max and the current owner of Max's sire and dam is going to pull some hairs so that we can get Max DNAd should it come to that. We never know how long Max's sire will live, so better be prepared in case.
