Not at all. I've asked. I've contacted a reporter that was following the case to see if she will call and ask for an approximate date and see if she gets a different answer.

I am getting REALLY ticked.

I think it's time for another letter writing campain to put a little fire under someone's pants to get busy and do something.

To these people, Max and RoPo mean nothing.

We need to let them know that hundreds of us are outraged that this case is allowed to drag on as long as it has.

Don't blast the DA. Isn't he the one that's been helping Ropo? We don't want to alienate anyone right now. It seems that things are at a delicate point. All we need is for the judge to take her horse-looking trip and then I think she will make the ruling and it will be over. Just hang in there a LITTTTLLLE bit longer without rocking the boat. If nothing happens this week, then maybe we can start screaming again.

I don't think the DA is to blame in this case. This has to deal with the judge.

I agree, I think we should wait one more week, but this whole "when's it gonna happen" mentality is getting to me. I don't like to be angry and wake up in the middle of the night angry. Something will come of this...it's got to. I think we should hold off and see if anything can come from the people I've been talking to in the news and locally.
