I finally received a call with the message:

"Mikaela, this is ***** with the DAs office. I have some information regarding your horse, please call me back when you get this message."

So I called...at 4:47PM. They closed at 4:30PM. So, I will have to call first thing tomorrow morning and hopefully get the good news then!
