And ironically, we're back to square one.

Nobody will help me get my horse. My cousin can't help because he doesn't have jurisdiction and neither sheriff's offices will assist in simply escorting me without a court order.

So, I asked about getting a writ of assistance, winds up that I have to have a case in progress to get it.

I've called the ranger and am hoping to get a call back from him today. The lawyer said that if nobody would help, it may be time to contact the media as nobody wants to get their feet wet first.

How on earth can it be this hard to get back MY property?!

Hire a REPO service and then when you take the two guys to court, sue them for the costs of repo!!

Hire a repo company.

I can't believe this. Do you think if you were a guy you would have gotten all this run around?

Do you know where the rest of this guy's properties are? Can you scout them out? I bet a repo company could do that.
