Stolen Horse--Man is BACK in jail!

I hope this works:

This post is to bring attention to my horse which was stolen. I had leased my horse to a man claiming to want to use him as a play-day horse for his "wife". Come to find out, his wife was not his wife. I did welfare checks according to the lease agreement. April 2009 was the last time I was able to see my horse because the man SOLD my horse to his uncle while still under the lease agreement. The uncle refused to return my horse. Working through the court system, the man that leased my horse is now facing criminal charges and the horse has finally been awarded back into my custody. Issue is, the party responsible for my horse's disappearance has not made known my horse's whereabouts even with a written demand by the court. I now fear the worst.

His description:
15.3 hands
Palomino Gelding
White Blaze Extending into top and bottom lips
Four white STOCKINGS
Splash of white on the underside of his stomach.
Birdcatcher spots all over his body.

If you have seen or know of someone who has seen him, please contact me, the Cherokee County DA or the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office. I am offering a reward for information leading the direct repossession of my horse.

My horse's last known whereabouts was in Tahlequah, OK. They were using my horse as a roping horse according to several people who have contacted me regarding him. If you know any information, please feel free to contact me by email.

The first two photos are photos from April 2009. The full-body shots are from August 2008.

Then I have the four photos at the bottom of the ad.

First off clean up the CL ad.

Just keep it simple that you leased out your horse and he is now missing. Then post pics and state you have a court judgement for his return.
You put in too much info.

I also wouldn't be surprised if it is the local yokals who are flagging it and reading this site to see what you are doing. Keep that in mind people.
Remember the old WWII saying "Loose Lips Sink Ships"

Honestly, I would tweek the posting a bit to remove all of that info on the uncle/original lessee as it might be why people are reporting it. I would post just the information about Max, where he was last seen, what things he has been used for and to help return him to you. Post it more or less as a "Missing" ad and then the bit about reward and whatnot for his SAFE LIVE return.

The reason for this is that information doesn't help you or them much. Like... to a passing reader it comes off as angry person venting first and THEN going on about the horse. Not to say you can't be angry, be angry all you want.. but in a posting - just say he's missing and put it out there just to look for this horse and give you ANY info on it's whereabouts. They don't need to hear about how scuzzy that family is that took him.
