Luckily, alot of this stuff I already have. Alot of it you can substitute for other stuff...Alot of the fun is trying different things to see what works best for you. PLUS, your horse likes the feel of you touching it. The more you do it, the more the horse likes it. That in itself is an awesome training accomplishment (at least to me).
Alot of it you can get at garage sales, estate sales, craigslist. Part of the fun is looking for it and haggling prices.
At least, that's the fun I have with it. If I can't afford it, I simply won't get it. It's not that big of a deal to me. He's gonna stand out in any crowd anyway but figure the more prep I do with him, the more he'll get accustomed to it and the calmer he'll feel.
