Leasee's "ex-wife" cannot be trusted as she lied on the contract. She told me she was his wife, yet was never married to him. The last time I called she claimed to be someone else...

I drove from Portland to North Dakota a few years back to repo a horse. The lady was four months behind on her payments. However, I made sure that repo'ing the horse was a possibility and that was in the contract.

Just to be clear...I'm quite serious about taking the horse back by whatever means necessary, and I get the impression that everyone else is to. I don't think we're all just blowing smoke like "Oh, well, I'd just go get me some horse!" to try to look all BA.. Pretty sure everybody who's said they'd go get the horse, would go get the horse.
I know Jody would go get her horse, and all I know of Jody's what I see on BYC.

I feel a roadtrip in a bright red stock trailer from Missouri coming on. This has me so blasted mad! I got a cattle prod that hurts like heck when applied in the WRONG spot and a whole slew of rowdy cowboys(and some PI's that like to harrass jerks on the side) that would be there in a hearbeat. I might have lost my 17 year old figure but my butt can glue to a steed like no other, gimme the bridle I need nothing else.
Come on if 400 of us from BYC showed up from the surrounding states, with our own camera crews, to his property to get HER doccumented horse he can only shoot a couple of us before we pound his little rat *&& in the ground! (sorry for the rant but this has me fired up!) ROPO, you can keep your sweet little guy at my house till it blows over! And I am serious about that if you need a hideout! My Doc needs a buddy to play with since I lost my 30 year old Amiga last summer!
Who's in? Thanksgiving holiday is right around the corner, we can do an Oklahoma road trip and back in 4 days!
I still say go to the roping arenas and show arenas and see who all you can round up from there to go get that horse. Most rowdy cowboys are usually in for a good beating of a horse thief!

I have tried calling every repo agency I can find. I guess I'm not calling the right ones because no agents are willing to go out there with me to repossess the horse? Am I missing something? Am I not asking the right questions???
