Great news.....any word on when you'll be able to get Max back?

I can't believe how happy that story has made me! It looks like he's been up to no good for a while... time to pay his dues!

From what I hear, yes, they arrested him. That's from the reporter though.

As for when I'll be getting Max back, the reporter and I are going to be calling the DA tomorrow (since it's closed today) to see what action we can take. I am also going to try to get charges filed against the uncle for knowingly concealing stolen property. The reporter thinks he may be able to get a cameraman out there with he or another reporter to try and get an escort to come.

It is TOTALLY worth it to stick to your guns and don't let them wear you down! It took me eight months to even FIND my horse! Throw the entire book at both of them. Throw TWO books at them. Sounds like the original crook, young as he is, has a good head start on being a complete parasite to humanity and GOOD for you for getting charges filed!

Wow, and we didn't even have to go down there and shoot him! When's the hangin'? I thought it was interesting that he had a deferred judgement on "unauthorized use of a vehicle." In my world that's called stealing a car.
