I had it at close to full screen but BYC downsized it. Send me an email an I will send it to that email address.

It's alright. That's not him. He doesn't have the facial features. Missing the almost blanket down his face and doesn't have the stockings on his front legs.

Edit: Thank you for posting the photo!

Yep, when it's blown up you lose a lot of detail, but it looks like just one rear sock. I may still mess with it but I think y ou're right. I followed many other 'friends' back and found some more relations, but most have closed profiles. Not sure how much any of it would help really, just a chance someone would say something I suppose. People say the darndest things on things like facebook and myspace.

You know, just a thought, but he might try and pass off this sale barn horse as yours. Be sure that you have good photos and he can't trick the sheriff (HA!) into bullying you into taking this horse. The guys an idiot, so just be aware.

Might not be planning anything, but he is a sneaky little s#$& and could be crazy enough to try anything. Why else would he go get another palomino? I don't know. Just made my radar go off.

The DA is officially writing up a court order for the man to not move the horse or dispose of it in any way. The sheriff called back and said that "he didn't have the manpower to go check on a horse." BUT, he did tell me that the reason I cannot find the "ownership hearing" on the civil judge's rosters is because it has to be dealt with through the DA. So...it all winds up back to the DA, who has not called me since Thursday and is not in the building until after tomorrow.

I contacted both mine and his district's representatives. Neither can help, but both are writing to the AG to see if something can be done to hurry the process along. I am going to be contacting Senators and Governor's offices today and taking down more and more notes as to what I can do.

I think it's important to note that it's not the sheriff directly that I suspect. I suspect one of the deputies.

You may not suspect the sheriff, but when/if this ever comes out in the media, he's the one that has to deal with it. He is personally responsible for the actions of every deputy that reports to him. Especially if the deputy is at best being derilect (sp?) in his duties or at worst, collaborating with the criminals who have done this to you!

any chance of getting the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to check on the rest of the deputies & the Sherriff???

Just a thought. well at least now you know why they seemed to be buddies.
