Thanks for any help Fudgie! I appreciate ya'll sticking by me through all of this. I "did" mention to the news that I have an online forum that has kept up with the entire ordeal.

ROPO, Have you contacted Channel 2 televison in Tulsa? (KJRh) I think. They do a thing to help people and it is called something like "Two works for you". anyway they would probably be interested in your story and might spur the sherriff to get off his duff and get something done. At least it would get you noticed by someone that might be able to help you better.
 
Any chance you can get me some contact details or local stations etc... I am from Australia and I know it sounds strange but if i contact them and say heck I am from Australia and log onto this site every day to see what is going on about this horse then maybe they might take a bit more notice, worked for a friend of mine who got his bird stolen in CA I rang the local radio station and was like "I am from Australia and I want to know more info about this I have been hearing about it on the web do you know anything???" They did a piece about the bird and the owner
 
Wifezilla has a great idea. Maybe you can get horsejody to halp you write the letter. She is a letter writing genius!

I also encourage you to let Angelic Vampyre loose. Now seems to be the time to pull out all the stops.

Reading thru all this mess, every obstacles you had to jump, it was slammed shut. Every help you can get, you get kicked to the curb or be given the run around. With all the papers you got there, I sure hope something comes out and you will get your horse back. It is getting very discouraging to say at the least but just don't give up until you have exhausted all efforts.
