No it does not, but it does say that there is no possibility for sale or sub-leasing. So, it's a violation of the contract.

The agents won't even let me get to the point of the lease. They say "Oh...we won't allow you to to go with us and the minimum to pay is $1500."

We'll bring my trailer. It's 3 horse with a living quarters. It has a kitchen, bathroom and will sleep at least 6 of us.

HEY JODY! I can meet you in KC!!!! Then you will have a roadtrip partner....YES WE ARE SERIOUS.

I did read this just now on repossession: Which might explain why you are having trouble with the law being on your side!

Police Assistance
A police officer, or a patrol car accompanying the repossessor, or the showing of a badge has been found by the United States Supreme Court to constitute “Color of Law” and has taken the repossession out of the area of “purely private conduct without state assistance.” It is therefore a violation of the individual's right to due process.

Similarly, the Supreme Court of New Mexico has ruled that a Military Police Officer at the scene of a repossession on a military base was a violation of the individual's Fourteenth Amendment rights. If you do not have a proper court order, do not take a police officer with you on a repossession.

And you know what I heard from the repo agency?

1. Even with a court order all you're getting is a piece of paper.

2. The police don't have to do anything with a court order from a civil suit.

***I'm sorry, but that sounds like a load of bull. Authorities MUST follow the court order correct?

and between a bunch of us putting in 10 bucks or even 5 bucks we can have that amount in no time! I'll give!!!

5 bucks times 300 of us and we have it, not that bad of an offering. I give more than that on a tip for crappy food! this is WAY MORE WORTH IT!!!
