I have sent out tweets to my followers and tagged #horse #police & #stolen so when people search that my tweets come up. Then they retweet my post with link to this thread to all their followers, and so on and so on! Horse lovers don't like horse theives. I use http://tweetdeck.com/beta/ cause i have searches going for chickens and such. Also can link facebook to tweetdeck. Start with the regular http://www.twitter.com search horse and start befriending people! Get them to RT the messages
