Hey Rodriguez, I've been following this thread and I cannot believe it is still lingering and that you don't have your horse back yet! Absolutely ludacris. I agree that you need to go to a higher level of authority. The FBI is required to follow up on every tip. I've had to call about a mortgage fraud case where I suspected some "investors" of house flipping and burning homes for insurance. They were on top of it every step of the way. I had no where near as much information and evidence as you have so stay with it. I would even consider speaking with an attorney (outside of that town) and see if you can file a suit against the sherrifs office. He/She may want a retainer or may take if for the publicity/cause.
As for national media, They do cover smaller stories like this. How many times can you hear the same national news on 6 different stations.
