If that's the case, the uncle WILL be paying the $5,000 that he told me to pay in order to see my horse again. As for the trailer, yes and no. The DA's office doesn't think that I will be able to get my horse that day, but the day after or something along those lines. So I'm not taking a trailer to the courthouse, my aunt's is HUGE and I don't know how to drive a standard truck with a trailer. It'd be a disaster waiting to happen.

WELL just drive the dern thing right up the courthouse steps. Right into the courtroom. LOL. Tell the judge you want your horse and you have come to get him!!! LOL (PS. Learn to drive a stick shift. Take your aunts truck and go play in the field until you get it right!!!! Like my momma always told me. Don't make yourself dependent on ANYONE! Do it yourself!
