I would confirm with the DA that both hearings are going to take place on the same day.

That's a good question that I'm interested to know too...gosh, I sure they do! That would save some grief!​

What she is referring to is that I have opted not to state my position until AFTER the hearing so that nobody in the county has ANY chance to recuse, postpone, etc. from me explaining my side of the story. I'll be interested to see if they will keep their word on allowing me to state my piece after the hearing is over...​
