Morning all! The court is in Tahlequah...if it were in Claremore, this would have been done and over by now. The initial contract was signed outside of Claremore, but the illegal activity took place in Tahlequah...so the criminal court has to take over there.

Thank you for all the well-wishes!!! I'm praying and crossing everything I can!

i am sorry that the courts in your area are corrupt.

my friend is the state appealate judge here in WA and he is very smart and isolates himself from politicts. his job is about civil stuff and if it is constitutional.

i jsut wish all judges were as good as him. the courts here would be a better place.
