Now this uncle is saying the horse that the nephew leased from you, and sold to him, is NOT your horse Max? That it all of sudden became a different horse? That the horse he wanted to sell back to you (if I remember correctly) for $5000 isn't your horse after all? How many different ways can this yahoo change his story? Wasn't it already disclosed in a previous court hearing that the uncle acknowledged that the horse WAS the horse in question-Max, but that he thought the nephew owned and not just leased the horse that he supposedly purchased? Can you remember the date this was disclosed and get the court transcripts showing the uncle acknowledging it was your horse in his possession RoPo? That would blow his claim of not your horse out of the water. What a jerk he is.
On a side note, in all my 40+ years in horses, I have never seen photos of a brindle horse as was shown on your genetics page link on Birdcatcher Spots. That is bizarre to say the least!
