Did you have a set time to come and hear the verdict, or was the court or DA going to just call you and tell you the decision, or what? It's Friday, and the judge said Friday. She gave herself a week to check whatever she wanted to check regarding the location and identity of the horse. Is she just going to have someone call you and say show up at such and such a place with your horse trailer? I would think you would need some documents, etc, and if it were me, I would prefer that the uncle not be there, or that a neutral party actually picks up the horse.

Anybody heard anything??

I have been chewing my nails all week waiting for some kind of answer

its Friday I sure hope that Repo gets a call to come pick Max up I am going to be checking on this post all day. I know its hard on all of us who have followed this thread since the start but I can't imagine how much Repo is going through

praying that Max comes home today and Repo's nightmare comes to and end...

I hope RoPo has the opportunity to have a vet there to do a check on Max before they leave the premises. That way if the creep does try to do anything detrimental (sp?) to Max he can document it and be the unbiased voice to report it to the court. That could avoid any problems of the creep saying "it happened after the horse left" type crap. Just sayin'.....I don't think that this will be an easy switch at all.
