RoPo, they are getting pounded by storms. Every time i watch the weather, I think poor Max. Hopefully, thats why the judge is moving slow.

What I hate about the wait is it gives this guy time to do something... swap the horse with another... change his appearance...... of course if he does, I hope she catches it.. but wasn't she supposed to finish this on Friday? Storms or no storms... she wouldn't have any problems passing judgement on someone that didn't do something because of a few storms... whats her excuse again?

Ahh, I thought you meant last cause with this one she still has two days right?

I wonder if it's taking so long because she wants to take a vet or something with her to check it out(so they can take the horse if it's confirmed)? That and the storms... she picked Friday and not Tuesday or a sooner day for a reason. That, or she lied to avoid conflict since I don't think she'd be allowed to disclose whether or not the horse is Max to you before the actual hearing(Though if this was the case she'd more likely say, "I can't disclose that yet."). I guess I'm trying to say there's a million possible causes for why and there's still today and tomorrow so don't tear into the judge yet folks. She's trying to help RoPo.

For all we know the uncle is giving them hassle about coming on the property to see the horse. S'all I'm sayin'.

High hopes for you Ropo! The judge will get her hiney to see him yet like she said she would. IF she doesn't. Then I'll start cursing.
