still waiting I hope Repo hears something soon if the wait is bad for us I can't imagine what it is for Repo and the nephew was fined I am not sure that he was ordered to pay anything about the lease. I think Repo should sue the uncle and the nephew for everything that this has cost gas, loss of use of horse, time off work pain and suffering ect keeping fingers crossed and praying max is home this week. good luck repo.

I don't think the uncle can play the "kid card" any longer. What the kid wants or thinks is not relevant to the case. Grandpa screwed up. I just know he'll try to blame it on "that girl" trying to take a kid's horse away from him, yada yada yada. He needs to give it up, return the horse, cut his losses, and go beat the stuffing out of his crooked nephew (as soon as Neph gets out of jail, that is). He's just stalling now, trying to make Ropo suffer as much as possible.

Like someone said earlier, some people are not happy until everyone else is miserable too.

I can't believe that this is still going on I took a couple month Hiatus from BYC and OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTFREAK is going on here there have been people tried for murder in the time that it has taken that county to try to get this horse back. IT' NUTS!!
