I agree that it's interesting to see how many are following RoPo's thread about Max, but don't you guys think it would be better to post a New Topic "Who's following RoPo's Max story" instead of posting on her thread? I'm thinking of people (like me) who check in to see if there's any news and find that all the new posts are just people listing themselves - hijacking RoPo's thread - just a thought.
Quote: I suggested that last week (below) but RoPo wants to hold off. Personally, if it was me and my horse, I would be on that phone everyday. I would have hired an attorney a long time ago. It's not in my personality to sit back and wait and hope everything goes my way.
Posted last week: I think it's time for another letter writing campain to put a little fire under someone's pants to get busy and do something.
To these people, Max and RoPo mean nothing.
We need to let them know that hundreds of us are outraged that this case is allowed to drag on as long as it has.
Here's the DA's address:
B.J. Baker, Assistant District Attorney

Case No: CF-2009-0485
Is this the same person that is representing RoPo? I thought at one time she had said the DA was also representing her.
I can see a peaceful postcard mail in being supportive and not disruptive of this case. If someone is clever and could write up a short and polite few lines for all to use. IE. The horsemen and women of this country, hope for a fair and final judgement on case CF-2009-0485. Can you imagine bags of mail going to the court house? But with nothing threatening in it, just a show of the number of people watching this case.
Sweet Cheeks,, I'm not one to sit back either and wait for something to happen. But do keep in mind that not all folks have the funds for an attorney and I think that was Ropo's issue. She was counting on the DA to handle the case.
RoPo, I bet you're going crazy with this wait! As much as we followers are fussing and fuming at how long this is taking, it's not our horse! My heart goes out to you. I'm hoping for this to come to a close soon, for your sake and sanity.
Have you called to see what's up and what in the world is taking so long. I would probably file a complaint against the judge if she doesn't respond to your concerns within 3 working days.
