I have contacted the Tahlequah editor, hoping she will attempt to do some investigation into what is taking so long. The DA said it may have helped to have pressure from the media the last time, so I am hoping at least something will help this time.

If the editor replies no, then I will do the memorandum. I am just disgusted with this whole ordeal. On the way home I just kept thinking about it...it may eventually drive me insane if this is never dealt with.

I can NOT believe this is still going on. I seriously would have recorded everything and went and took the horse months ago. By the time they got around to pressing charges on your for something 1/2 the police force would have retired and the court house most likely would have burnt down!
