Will be surprised if this will post. Remember
me.....the local that had already made a couple
of trips to check where "these" people had
lived looking for Max, and was still asking
questions of all the locals? Yes, I, as well
as many decent people here in Cherokee
County, took offense at all the "no branches
in any family tree here" comments from
so many of you on here, even to your
comments about my family having been
here since 1909.
Even since my posts were removed, we
continued "asking" and as of two weeks
ago had visited with a cousin of the "uncle"
and were checking further information.
We are sincerely happy at this outcome,
and have NO IDEA what these people
were/are thinking, but they are in no
way a reflection of the "mainstream"
in Oklahoma, Cherokee County, or
the city of Tahlequah.
We are "horse" people as well and wish
Max to "Have a good one ! "
