Help my quails are being attacked by my hens and roosters ! I see them being pecked everywhere on legs on the heads and on the neck they all have bald spots becouse of chickens and roosters pulling at the feathers and worse they pick the quails up and throw them ! What will I do without having to separate them

Ummm... Why do you have your quail with your chickens? This is completely normal, which is why you don't keep your quail and chickens together.
Well I didn't have enough materials to build a separate cage

I am planing to build a coop and a medium sized field for them to free range and then they will not get pecked and will have time to relax I'm dirt baths I am gonna do this tomorrow

Quail don't free range. If they're not completely enclosed they will either fly away or get eaten by something.

maybe you should find a place for the quail inside while you build them a coop. Literally anything is better than being bullied by chickens.

That's why I keep a net around them and a net on top so birds will not eat them
