stop turning day 14 or 18 ?

What happens if you turn after 18 days? I don't remember when I put my eggs in.

i write down the days on my calendar and circle the 'important' dates. ie: 7 days first candling, 18 days stop turning, 21 days hatch day etc.
i could never just remember...i'm way too old for that!
