Store out of grower - feed layer for a few days?

I have been feeding my whole flock a 100% organic/non GMO diet since day 1. Our feed store is out of the grower feed until Friday and I still have four 16 week old polish hens that need it. Is it ok to feed them the layer feed my other hens eat until Friday or will that amount be harmful? I've been grinding up dog food with rolled oats or Cheerios but they aren't crazy about it and keeping going for the layer food (which they have left alone until now). They free range on about 5 acres during the day so they are getting other stuff too. We've spent a pretty penny to keep them organic so I'd hate to ruin that now but I just don't want to hurt them with that layer feed!

It would be fine to feed them layers until the store gets in
The growers food.
Just feed them the same amount of layers as you would with growers.
