@Ozzey Osbourne, welcome to BYC! Hope your hens are better now, but thought I should comment and say the the foamy part of that poop could mean coccidiosis or worms.

So today I went by tractor supply and found out the FDA is trying to regulate and do away with OTC Antibiotics, like most peps on here are suggesting. Thought it was interesting to know about! Time to go more Natural and Research a healthier way to treat your poultry, cattle, sheep, etc. Otherwise it will have to be through a Vet. Just an FYI

If ever you find yourslef unable to consult with a vet and needing antibiotics, just google the name of the drug and "for fish". If you can't dind what you're looking for, try a pigeon supply website, or a game bird website.
